Bodex & Partners has entered into agreements with the larger part of its clients regarding the desired 'Service Level' (whether or not laid down in a Service Level Agreement). These agreements relate to the desired lead time of the dossier and the various actions (urgent on site, standard procedure...) as well as to the quality of the reporting (content of the report, verification of the insured capitals, loss reserve,...).
In the past few years, Bodex & Partners has invested heavily in the necessary back-office infrastructure and in its 'all-round' accessibility, so that optimal file management is possible. Furthermore, the necessary Key Performance Indicators were defined, and a system was developed to measure to which extent the SLAs are being met. The results of these analyses (Key Performance Indicators) are available to our clients.

De letters BCE zijn de afkorting van Bureau voor de Coördinatie van Expertises. Het BCE is één van de diensten van Datassur. Het is belast met het beheer van de schadedossiers waarin een onderneming van openbaar nut is betrokken.
Deze ondernemingen hebben met het BCE een conventie voor een versneld beheer van de schadegevallen gesloten. We vermelden onder meer Belgacom, Electrabel, het Ministerie van Infrastructuur en Openbare Werken, de NMBS…
